Mrs. Barlow's primary area of practice includes General and Complex Criminal Litigation with a heavy emphasis on DUI criminal defense and DUI administrative hearings.
Mrs. Barlow completed her undergraduate degree cum laude at Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas in 1989. She majored in Political Science while also achieving minor credits in Public Relations and History. Mrs. Barlow obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law in 1992 with Dean's Honors.
Prior to joining Stone and Associates Mrs. Barlow practiced with Epstein & Robbins since 1998, and was an Assistant Public Defender in both Monroe County and in Duval County, Florida.
Mrs. Barlow currently resides in Jacksonville Beach with her husband, Cash and their daughter, Shelby. She spends her spare time catering to her daughter's many extra-curricular activities.
